TsirulniK Barbershop is a chain of traditional barbershops established in Ukraine in 2014. The first branch was opened in Brovary, Kyiv region, and since then we have successfully expanded our business, opening more than 20 branches in Kyiv and its suburbs. Our goal is to provide high-quality services for men, combining professionalism with comfort.
In 2024, we made an important step in the development of our business by opening the first barbershop in Europe, in Austria, and now we are presenting our chain of barbershops in Spain. This is a milestone for our company as we strive to popularise the culture of barbering across Europe, introducing Ukrainian traditions and exemplary service standards to a new clientele in Spain.

TsirulniK Barbershop’s objective is to provide men with quality hair care at affordable prices. Our concept is not just a hair salon, but a genuine men’s club, where customers can receive a professional haircut or shave, and enjoy comfort in a relaxed setting. We create an atmosphere where every client feels comfortable and can opt for a quiet experience if they so desire. Our team of barbers are not only highly qualified professionals, but also pleasant companions who are always ready to find an individual approach to everyone.
The founder of the chain
TsirulniK Barbershop was established by Andrii Ostapchuk, who has over 20 years of experience in hairdressing and 10 years of experience in chain management. Mr Ostapchuk is a graduate of the American Pivot Point Academy, and his experience and knowledge were instrumental in developing a concept that combines high-quality service with client comfort.
We do not sell franchises, which allows us to maintain high-quality standards across all our locations. This ensures a sole service philosophy, which is the foundation of our business, and allows us to maintain high-quality services at all stages of our operations.

The experience levels of our barbers vary, and this is reflected in the prices for barbershop services. This allows each client to find the most suitable option to meet their requirements and budget. All our barbers, regardless of their level of experience, adhere to the highest standards of quality, ensuring a professional approach to every haircut or shave.
